The blade is optimized to glide smoothly over the inside of a scoop or bowl without digging or catching. Since the blade is double-edged, you can carve with both push and pull cuts. Comfortable birch handle The barrel-shaped birch handle fits comfortably in the hand regardless of carving technique or grip, even during extended use. It comes with a sheath made from Swedish vegetable-tanned leather. Swedish stainless steel with long-lasting sharpness The 2 mm thick, 55 mm long blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with over 80% recycled content and a hardness of 56.5 HRC.
