Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are automatically calculated within the site before checkout, if for any chance we have underestimated these charges we will not require additional monies from you. We use Parcel Force for all our Domestic and EU shipping and will always use the fastest possible service available to you unless you have specified a different service. When your order is complete you can request a tracking link to follow your parcels progress. All packages are dispatched using next day service unless 48 Hour is quickest available to your location. Orders Placed before 12 noon will be attended to that working day (working days are Monday to Friday).We dot offer a "Back Order" system but instead would ask you to place required items not in stock into your wishlist to enable us to order them in.
 
Privacy & Security
We NEVER, discuss, disclose or sell to any third party any of your information! This includes, orders, financials, address' and of course any privileged information on your account. This site uses 256 bit encryption to protect you against data interception and all data held on our data base is encrypted rendering it useless to anyone accessing it improperly. We are NEVER in receipt of a customers full card details and, as such, will never retain any customers card details on our servers. If payments are accepted manually any card details received are immediately destroyed.
 
Returns & Replacements
We adhere to the terms of trade in distance selling and therefore we refund, in full, all products returned as original received by us within 14 days of dispatch from us. We do not refund any shipping costs incurred by us at any time for refunds. Goods received that were damaged in transit or of unsatisfactory quality will be refunded by us once we have received these returned items and been able to assess how damage has occurred. When unsatisfactory goods are returned and proved to be no fault of the customers we will refund postage costs incurred as well as replacing the item. Damaged in transit or unsatisfactory quality must be notified by e-mail within 48hrs of receipt (as defined by the time and date of signed receipt on the Parcel Force tracking system)
 
Ordering
We only accept electronic orders placed via this site that are paid for by card, orders placed before 12 noon will be actioned the same working day.
Out of stock items must be assumed discontinued and unavailable,  we absolve ourselves of any liability to any party for failure to supply these items indefinitely.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please subscribe to our RSS feeds so that you can be informed of any special offers the site has to offer. No other payment method other than card is acceptable. No monies are taken from your card until we dispatch your order to you, at checkout your card is authorized but not debited.
 
Viewing Orders
When you log onto your dashboard you will be able to see all your personal account information and order history as well as reorder any previous orders. Any lost invoices, order conformations, shipping notes or other information can be reprinted from this dashboard also.
 
Updating Account Information
Please always keep your account information up to date so that we can inform you whenever new products and special offers come on line. We cannot be held responsible for errors caused due to outdated account information, this is wholly the customers responsibility.
